By accessing or using Marathi Biodata Online (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Marathi Biodata Online is a browser-based tool that allows users to create Marathi and English marriage biodatas. The Service provides:

• A drag-and-drop biodata builder with multiple templates — Free.
• Live preview of your biodata — Free.
• Bilingual support (Marathi and English) — Free.
• Export as PDF or PNG image — ₹39 one-time payment per download.

बायोडाटा तयार करणे, टेम्पलेट निवडणे आणि पूर्वावलोकन पाहणे विनामूल्य आहे. PDF किंवा PNG स्वरूपात डाउनलोड करण्यासाठी प्रति डाउनलोड एकवेळ ₹39 शुल्क आकारले जाते.

To download your completed biodata as a PDF or PNG image, a one-time payment of ₹39 is required. By completing a payment, you agree to the following:

• The ₹39 fee is charged per download session. Each new download requires a separate payment.
• Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
• The download link / file is delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

डाउनलोडसाठी ₹39 एकवेळ शुल्क आकारले जाते. पेमेंट सुरक्षित पेमेंट गेटवेद्वारे प्रक्रिया केले जाते.

As a user of Marathi Biodata Online, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information in your biodata for personal use.
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Not use the Service to create false, misleading, or fraudulent biodatas intended to deceive others.
• Not attempt to bypass or circumvent the ₹39 payment requirement through any means.
• Take responsibility for all content you create using the Service.

सेवेचा वापर कायदेशीर आणि नैतिक उद्देशांसाठीच करावा. पेमेंट प्रक्रिया टाळण्याचा कोणताही प्रयत्न निषिद्ध आहे.

The Marathi Biodata Online application, its templates, design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Marathi Biodata Online. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial biodata creation.

The biodata you create using the Service belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the content you generate. However, templates and decorative assets remain our intellectual property and may not be extracted or redistributed.

आपण बनवलेला बायोडाटा आपला आहे. Marathi Biodata Onlineचे टेम्प्लेट्स आणि डिझाइन आमची संपत्ती आहे.

Marathi Biodata Online is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• The results of using the Service will meet your expectations.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

सेवा “जशी आहे तशी” दिली जाते. कोणत्याही प्रकारची हमी दिली जात नाही.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marathi Biodata Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific transaction (i.e., ₹39).

कायद्याने परवानगी असलेल्या मर्यादेपर्यंत, Marathi Biodata Online कोणत्याही नुकसानीसाठी जबाबदार नाही. आमची जास्तीत जास्त जबाबदारी ₹39 पर्यंत मर्यादित आहे.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change the pricing of downloads at any time, with the updated price reflected at checkout. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or any payment transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.

या अटी भारतीय कायद्यानुसार नियंत्रित केल्या जातात. कोणतेही वाद महाराष्ट्रातील न्यायालयांच्या अधिकारक्षेत्रात असतील.
