Creating and previewing your Marathi biodata on Marathi Biodata Online is completely free. A one-time fee of ₹39 is charged at the time of downloading your biodata as a PDF or image (PNG). There are no subscriptions, no hidden charges, and no recurring fees.

बायोडाटा तयार करणे आणि पाहणे विनामूल्य आहे. PDF किंवा PNG डाउनलोड करण्यासाठी एकवेळ ₹39 शुल्क आकारले जाते.

Since the download (PDF or PNG) is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not applicable once the download has been successfully completed. However, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• Payment deducted but download failed: If your payment of ₹39 was deducted but you did not receive the download, contact us within 7 days with your transaction ID. We will resolve it promptly — either by enabling your download or issuing a full refund.
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same download due to a technical error, we will refund the extra amount.
• Technical defect: If the downloaded PDF or image file is corrupted, blank, or does not match your biodata, we will re-issue the download or refund the amount within 7 days of your complaint.

डाउनलोड यशस्वीरित्या झाल्यानंतर सामान्यतः परतावा दिला जात नाही. परंतु पेमेंट कापले गेले पण डाउनलोड न झाल्यास, डुप्लिकेट पेमेंट, किंवा फाइल खराब असल्यास पूर्ण परतावा दिला जाईल.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after a successful download.
• Dissatisfaction with the biodata content you filled in (content is your responsibility).
• Downloaded the file but later decided not to use it.
• Request made more than 7 days after the original transaction.

यशस्वी डाउनलोडनंतर विचार बदलला, स्वतः भरलेल्या माहितीबद्दल असमाधान, किंवा 7 दिवसांनंतर केलेल्या विनंतीसाठी परतावा दिला जाणार नाही.

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

• Your full name and contact number / email used during payment.
• Your payment transaction ID or UPI reference number.
• Date and time of the transaction.
• A clear description of the issue (e.g., download failed, duplicate charge, corrupted file).

We will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond accordingly. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. Filing an unwarranted chargeback after successfully receiving the download may result in suspension of your access to any future paid services on this platform.
